-The subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled more than 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for the product.
-You may turn off the auto-renewal of subscriptions through Google Play Account settings, however you are not able to cancel the current subscription during its active period.
Users can register for/ login to a pocketmags account in-app. This will protect their issues in the case of a lost device and allow browsing of purchases on multiple platforms. Existing pocketmags users can retrieve their purchases by logging into their account.

Keeps crashing with a "this app needs a Google account" message. There is no place to add the account before the app launches.

won't download new issue...just give me my money back please. and they have the nerve not to refund money when we received no issues your program keeps trying to make me buy but i supposedly have subscription. if i have to buy each issue give me a full refund. Why are you holding me hostage. this truly sucks...plus the app doesnt work...period. the people giving it stars obviously work there. you are talking to a brick wall when it comes to customer service. if you dont believe me try them. you will see. t

Thank you for getting in touch, it sounds as though you need to restore your purchases. You can do this by: opening The Strad App, tap the 'more information' button on your phone, this will open your 'Settings' and select ‘Restore purchases.’ If you are still having further problems please contact: help@pocketmags.com
